The conference hopes to register the realization that there is a great deal to share and learn in this field, i.e. the teaching of the Speaking Skill.<\/p>\n<p>Taking the first step towards planning skill-based themes for our Conference, we have decided to start with \u201cSpeaking Skills\u201d. The Conference, therefore, aims at addressing practical methods and techniques of teaching and developing Speaking Skills of ESL learners.
