As a result, the nature of English Language Teaching has to undergo a change as it meets the\u00a0demands of preparing students\u2019 for a global economy. The \u2018Who\u2019 we teach is changing as learners are learning\u00a0the language for different purposes. The \u2018What\u2019 we teach is changing as we move towards \u2018Global English\u2019 and\u00a0the varying demands of our learners in the new age. The \u2018How\u2019 we teach is changing as technology has\u00a0revolutionized the way we teach.<\/p>\n<p>These changes mean new challenges for us in the field of ELT and it has never been more important to be\u00a0updated as it is today.
