CALL FOR PAPERS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The South Africa International Conference on Education (SAICE) is an international refereed conference that is dedicated to the advancement of the practices in education.\u00a0SAICE 2014 aims to offer a platform for academics and researchers from all over the world to deliberate, network and present a wide range of perspectives, scholarship, and expertise in the pursuit of excellence in education.<\/span><\/p>\n

PAPER SUBMISSION<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The SAICE 2014 invites submission of papers on the following areas:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/a><\/span>*Authors that want to submit only abstracts (for presentation purpose), the abstracts will appear only in the book of abstracts but will not be included in the Conference Proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n

** Papers that their authors\u2019 did not register before the late registration deadline may NOT be included in the Conference Proceedings.<\/span>

Paper Submission Format<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All papers must be submitted in English and be sent in MS word format<\/span><\/p>\n

Abstract Submission format<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The abstract should provide a summary of the paper in maximum of 500 words. It should include the name of the author(s), the institutional\/organization affiliation(s), and the email address(es) of the author(s).<\/span><\/p>\n

Please indicate at end of the abstract the type of presentation (Oral or Poster) that you wish to give at the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nMargins:\u00a02.54 cm on all sides.
\n<\/span>Font type:\u00a0Times New Roman
\n<\/span>Line space: Single.<\/span>
\nWord Limit:<\/span>\u00a0The paper should be maximum of 4,500 words or 10 pages<\/span>\u00a0in length (including references, tables, graphs, and figures).

\nAuthors, affiliation:\u00a0Centered, 12 point sizes, italic, superscripts of different affiliation (1, 2, \u2026)<\/span>

The paper should include but not limited to the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Purpose\/objectives of the paper<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Conceptual\/theoretical background or framework<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Methods\/ techniques<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Results\/findings<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Conclusion<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. References (APA style).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    FORMAT OF PRESENTATIONS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Presentations will either be oral or in poster form.<\/span>
    \nOral presentation will consist of three to four presentations in a 60 minute session.<\/span><\/p>\n

    PAPER REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE POLICY<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    SAICE 2014 welcomes papers on any of the areas listed above.\u00a0 The abstract will be reviewed by experts in the field to determine their suitability for presentation at the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Each full paper will be subjected to double blind reviews and based on the reviewers comments the editorial board will take decision to accept the paper or not. All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings which will be issued at the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n
