In addition, participants will be encouraged to contribute their own ideas for using technology to enhance language teaching.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>About speaker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aisha Walker<\/strong> is Associate Professor of Technology, Education and Learning at Leeds University. With a background in linguistics, language learning and primary education her research areas include digitally-mediated communication, academic language and childrens\u2019 engagement with digital technologies.
