Although there\u2019s much about the current situation that we can\u2019t solve, teachers can work to mitigate some of this stress by prioritizing what\u2019s most important\u2014predictability, care, community, and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are a few strategies that I think can make the demands of this school year more sustainable over the long haul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ESTABLISH A WEEKLY ROUTINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within the constraints of our hybrid and virtual schedules, work to create norms so students know precisely what is expected of them.
