#57, News: Teaching English abroad ‘appealing to more students’

The idea of teaching English abroad is appealing to an increasing number of students, new research has shown.

According to a study by i-to-i, student enquiries to its website onlinetefl.com have increased by 62 per cent over the last four months, with many exploring the career options open to them when they finish their studies.

One soon-to-be graduate following this path is 20-year-old Kelly English, who has decided not to pursue a career in publishing once her English Studies degree at the University of Nottingham has come to an end.
