The British Council, EFL – U (English and Foreign Languages University), ELTAI (the English Language Teachers’ Association of India) and IATEFL (the International Association for Teachers of English as a Foreign Language) have come together again to host the 3rd International English Language Teacher Educator Conference. This conference will be held in Hyderabad from 16 – 18 March 2013 at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

NQAI-ACELS workshop with Dr Martin Hewings

Martin Hewings is a respected figure in English for Academic Purposes and co-author of Cambridge Academic English, Cambridge’s new EAP course.

In this workshop, Martin will discuss some of the challenges facing teachers of academic writing, including working with authentic materials, teaching students from a range of subject specialisms and helping students avoid plagiarism.

All guests will have the opportunity to take home a free sample copy of Cambridge Academic English Student’s Book (either Intermediate, Upper-intermediate or Advanced level). We are also grateful to International Books, who will be providing a book display.
